01 Purpose & scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between GBD Entrepreneur 2.0 LTD, operating under the brand Forge Studio (hereinafter "Forge Studio"), and any individual or company engaging its services (hereinafter "the Client"). The precise scope of work and pricing are provided in a personalised quote, which takes precedence over any general description.
03 Quotes & orders

For recurring services, the first instalment is due upon activation.
06 Delivery timelines
Forge Studio commits to the timelines stated in the quote. For Starter and Growth packages, the website is delivered within 14 days of receipt of the complete brief and order confirmation. This timeline may be adjusted in the event of significant additional requests or delays in the Client's provision of required materials.
