Terms and Conditions

The rules governing the relationship between Forge Studio and its clients.

01 Purpose & scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between GBD Entrepreneur 2.0 LTD, operating under the brand Forge Studio (hereinafter "Forge Studio"), and any individual or company engaging its services (hereinafter "the Client"). Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

02 Services offered

Forge Studio designs websites and digital tools for local businesses. Services are organised into packages:

The precise scope of work and pricing are provided in a personalised quote, which takes precedence over any general description.

05 Approval before payment

In keeping with our commitment, the Client reviews an initial proposal for their website before any payment is required. Invoicing takes place once this proposal has been approved, under the terms specified in the quote (typically a deposit upon approval and the balance upon delivery). For recurring services, the first instalment is due upon activation.

06 Delivery timelines

Forge Studio commits to the timelines stated in the quote. For Starter and Growth packages, the website is delivered within 14 days of receipt of the complete brief and order confirmation. This timeline may be adjusted in the event of significant additional requests or delays in the Client's provision of required materials.

Forge Studio shall not be held liable for indirect damages, nor for interruptions attributable to third-party providers (hosting, external services) or improper use of the website by the Client.

The processing of the Client's data is described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.

11 Governing law & disputes

These T&Cs are subject to the law applicable to the contractual relationship. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution before taking any legal action. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent court. Consumer clients retain the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of the law of their country of residence.
